My First Birthday Party

This past Saturday, we celebrated my birthday with family at my party! I have loved the book “Little Blue Truck” since I was a tiny little baby! Mommy decided that since that was my first love (besides Mommy, Daddy, and the rest of my family) that we would make that my theme. The book takes place on a farm, and its about a dump truck that gets stuck in the mud. The little blue truck and the farm animals help the dump truck get out of the mud! Mommy tried to carry the theme throughout the party, I think she did a pretty good job, you’ll see what I mean in the pictures!

I actually wound up sleeping through a good portion of the party. When I woke up from my nap Mommy got me dressed real fast and we went downstairs to a house full of people! I did pretty good with that big shock that I wasn’t expecting! We got right to saying our hello’s, I ate some dinner, then we got to my presents!! After that it was time for more cake! Can you believe I got my own little cake this time? It was awesome! After we had cake the guests started trickling out and it was soon time for bed! I had a super fun birthday party and I’m enjoying all my new toys so much!! Thanks to all that came, celebrated with me, and were so generous with your gifts to me!!

See this awesome truck cut out??? Well one, that’s the “little blue truck” and two my awesome Uncle Greg made it for me!! We didn’t get as many pictures as we were hoping to but we love the ones that we did get!!!
